The story of Invoice Traylor (1854–1949) proves that nice artwork can come from essentially the most surprising locations. Born into slavery in Alabama, Traylor labored as a discipline hand on the plantation of his start for many of his life. In 1928, he moved to close by Montgomery, the place he discovered work as laborer. After rheumatism compelled him to retire, he obtained modest support from a federal welfare program and slept within the again rooms of native retailers.
